What is the smallest first step?
A Room Plan by video, £45: a 45-minute video walk-round of one room, then a written plan: what to keep, donate, sell or recycle, the order, a storage list with measurements. It is optional: a Half Day or a One Room Day can be booked without one. Before that, the free discovery call costs nothing.

What happens on the free discovery call?
A first conversation to check it is the right fit: the space, what you would like from it, and which way in suits. It is free, and there is nothing to buy. Book it through the short form on Laura's Linktree.
Is it by video or in person?
Both. The Room Plan and Video Coaching are by video. The Half Day, the One Room Day, Move and Settle and whole-home work are in your home.
The work
Who makes the decisions about my things?
If you start with a Room Plan, its written plan sets out what to keep, donate, sell or recycle, for you to decide from. Laura sorts and organises with you.
What happens to donations?
Donations are bagged and labelled for a charity collection. On a Half Day they are listed too. Travel and donations are explained beside the prices once Laura sets them.
Do you help with children's rooms, home offices and paper?
Yes. A Half Day, One Space (£140) suits a toy corner, a nursery corner or a paper pile; a One Room Day (£210) suits a playroom, a child's bedroom or a home office. For a family's letters, forms and renewals every month, Laura's monthly help with a family's dates, forms and renewals is Juggle.

What if the room needs more time?
Extra time is £35 an hour, agreed before it is worked.

Moving and downsizing
Can Laura help with a move?
Move and Settle, £420, is two days: before the move, sort and decide; after it, unpack the kitchen and bedrooms so the first night works. See Moves and downsizing.

What about a whole home, or a parent downsizing?
A whole home or a downsize is £210 a day, with a written quote first: several days, planned on a free call.
